Terms and Conditions for Enrolling in The Lymphatic Wellness Academy™ (hereon in known as TLWA)

1. Intellectual Property (IP) and Copyright
All materials provided in TLWA including but not limited to manuals, videos, online content, techniques, theoretical knowledge, and proprietary methods, are protected by copyright law. Bee Czarnota and TLWA retains full ownership of all intellectual property rights. Practitioners enrolled in the Academy agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any Academy content without express written permission from TLWA. Unauthorised use or reproduction of any materials will be subject to legal action, and costs associated will be forwarded onto the required party.

2. Certification and Scope of Training

Upon successful completion of TLWA by Bee Czarnota, practitioners will receive a certification acknowledging their participation and acquired knowledge of the technique. This certification does not constitute a formal qualification or license in any medical or beauty field. Practitioners understand that the certification is for the application of manual lymphatic therapy only and does not equate to a general qualification in lymphatic massage or any related practice.

Upon completion the practitioner may advertise they are offering lymphatic treatments (and may refer to being taught be Bee Czarnota of The BEETOX Method®️ but must not use the trademarked name The BEETOX Method in their offering, advertising, website or treatment menu)

3. In-Person Classes: Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

For practitioners enrolled in in-person training sessions, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any cancellation. Failure to provide this notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee. Practitioners may reschedule their spot in another in-person training session within the same calendar year, subject to availability. Please note that rescheduling is a one-time option and must be requested in advance.

4. Non-Refundable Policy
All payments made for TLWA  are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to enrollment fees, class fees, and any materials provided as part of the training program. Exceptions to this policy are granted only in extreme circumstances, at the sole discretion of TLWA.
